Studio 371 is the premier social and ballroom dance facility in Houma and the surrounding areas. We offer a warm and comfortable, studio, and a warm, friendly, noncompetitive environment in a great, easily accessible location.
Beginning through advanced group and private instruction is available six days a week by regionally and nationally certified instructors, and, we currently boast hosing the only nationally certified ballroom dance adjudicator/examiner in South Louisiana.

Social & Ballroom
Generally, social and ballroom dancing refers to all dances that are done in partnership. That is to say, leading and following a partner rather than dancing apart, as in freestyle dance.

Latin & Swings
The Latin social and ballroom dances refer to all dances that are of Hispanic origin. Many are danced in contemporary American music. Swing is the most popular American born dance in the world.

Argentine Tango
Tango and Salsa are the most popular foreign, partnership dances amongst club dancers in the U.S.. The Argentine style is the parent to the American and International styles of ballroom tango, and is most often danced along with Vals and Milonga. |

Specialty Dances
Generally, this refers to all dances that are not traditionally included in the basic 10, including Bachata, Bolero, Paso Doble, some Swing styles, and more..
